What should I do after making a payment?
We will not know how you paid, unless you tell us.
So after you make a payment, please let us know how you have made the payment. You can come on our live chat and update us that you have paid for the invoice number XXXXX or open a billing support ticket with the payment details.
What are the payment details that I should provide?
For NEFT or Online Payments: You should provide us with “YOUR BANK NAME”, “TRANSACTION ID”, “DATE OF TRANSACTION”, “AMOUNT” and your “INVOICE NUMBER”.
For Cheque or Demand Draft Payments: You should provide us with the “CHEQUE/DD BANK NAME”, “CHEQUE/DD NUMBER”, “AMOUNT”, “DATE OF DEPOSIT”, “DEPOSIT BRANCH NAME” and your “INVOICE NUMBER”.
For Cash Payments: You should provide us with the “CASH DEPOSIT BRANCH NAME or BRANCH CODE”, “DATE OF CASH DEPOSIT”, “TIME OF CASH DEPOSIT”, “AMOUNT” and your “INVOICE NUMBER”.
When will you activate my account?
With the payment details that you provide us and after we acknowledge the receipt of your payment, we will activate your account immediately.
